Education & resources
Making Tracks Discoveries
Making Tracks Discoveries is an eductational resource, made with young people in mind but open to everyone, for those who want to dive deeper into the music of Making Tracks artists.
Our Workshops
As part of Making Tracks' tours, we carry out free youth music workshops alongside our public concerts. This work contributes to our mission to widen access and participation in culturally diverse music in the UK - particularly for those living outside of London. We have tailored our workshops format around the government’s latest National Plan for Music Education, which aims to enable all children and young people to learn to sing, play an instrument, create music together, and have the opportunity to progress their musical interests and talents.
Making Tracks Shorts
We also commission educational videos - Making Tracks Shorts - from the Making Tracks alumni community, which are freely available for all. This content was developed with support from The Space, and provides an opportunity to dive deeper into the musical traditions, instruments, and creative practice of Making Tracks artists.
